要するに「OLYMPUS OM-D」のことなんでしょうね。
すでに商標登録もされてるそうで、どうやら出るのは確実だろうと思われます。
OMを名乗るということは「Penではない」ということですよね。
銀塩とPenの一番の違いはハーフとフルサイズですから、そう考えるとOM-Dはフォーサーズx2のサイズだったりして…。
ただ、それではレンズも新規開発になってしまうわけで、さすがにそれは無理かなぁ。
素子サイズはそのままで3CCDで実質面積3倍なんていうのだったらオリンパスらしくて面白いかもしれませんが。
あとは一眼レフなのかミラーレスなのか、というポイントもありますが、これは噂レベルではあくまでもミラーレスっぽい感じです。
単純にマイクロフォーサーズの高級機だったりしたら、ちょっとガッカリですが、ティザーで予想以上のものって滅多にないですからねぇ。
発表はバーミンガムNEC(The National Exhibition Centre)で3月初旬に、ということですが、おそらく、Focus on Imaging 2012でしょう。
まだ詳細は全くわかりませんが、ぜひワクワクする製品になってくれることに期待したいと思います。
